Yoga doesn’t ask you to be more than you are. Yoga is journey of love to everything, everyone and most importantly to yourself… That’s my main believe, I wish to share with you and to make it to playful and fun experience.

I have been practicing yoga for more than 11 years. I wasn’t born as a natural yogi or gymnast and I understand exactly how it feels when you come first time to the class and everyone seems to be super strong and flexible. However, that is not what is yoga about. I would love to show you how to enjoy all the elements of yoga. Every single yogi – all of you – are becoming part of my yoga journey and so part of my heart.

I love nothing more than sharing, exploring and guiding you to become happier, healthier and more confident human beings. I love helping you to come closer to unity of body and mind, to find the self-love.
When I started with yoga, I really enjoyed dynamic styles of yoga as Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga but with the time I felt in love with more steady styles which brought more steadiness and clarity into my practice as Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga. I absolutely cannot wait to welcome you on the mat and enjoy all the yoga fun with you all.

I have been practicing Yoga for around 20yrs following an end to my Dancing & Acrobatics.

I qualified as a Yoga Teacher in 2013 with the a British School of Yoga and then qualified as a , Pre and Post Natal teacher and Kids Yoga Teacher and am now entering my 6th year of teaching Antenatal Yoga. I qualified for Barre in 2019 and Pilates in 2020.

I have taught Yoga in many local schools and businesses and have a plethora of private clients whom I teach at home. 

I am very excited to be able to continue my Antenatal Yoga teaching at Masters of Yoga where we will be focussing on our breath work and practicing postures conducive to both pregnancy and labour and of course not forgetting our guided relaxation. No prior yoga experience is necessary but please consult with your midwife beforehand. 

I’m equally excited to be able to offer Barre classes at Masters of Yoga – a hybrid of Ballet, Yoga and Pilates aimed at toning the legs, buttocks, core and improving ones Posture… Think Ballerina elegance coupled with Dance Music! No previous Ballet experience is necessary but you will feel the burn! 

Vicky Jones

I teach Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.
I love seeing the transformational power this practice has on people’s lives and how people can have a dynamic but personal experience of mind/body/spirit union.


Come along to MY kundalini yoga class for an hour of transformational pranayama, kriya (movements/exercises) mantra (chanting or scares sounds) meditation and deep relaxation.


Each class is different and will support you to clear physical/emotional blocks and experience your true self.

Jessica Fleet

I started practicing yoga because I thought it would help with my running and other classes at the gym and soon became addicted.


I now practice almost daily, and whilst I still think of it as a great physical workout (I love “power yoga”), I have discovered great mental benefits of my practice too.


Yoga is truly an all-encompassing practice for the body, mind and soul. I completed my 200 hours YTTC at Kranti Yoga in Goa, India.


During my training I specialised in Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow. I also teach pranayama and mindfulness classes and enjoy learning about yoga philosophy and how we can apply this to our day to day lives.


My yoga journey began as a form of exercise that I turned to after causing myself injuries from doing other forms of exercise.


Over time my practice evolved from just the physical aspects of yoga and I became curious about yoga’s philosophy and lifestyle which led me to complete my first 200-hour yoga teacher training to enhance my knowledge, I completed this in Mysore, India.


Two years later the opportunity arose for me to complete a second 200-hour teacher training course with Tribe Yoga at the Ministry of Yoga in Crewe and it was then that I decided that I wanted to share my learnings with others. Why? because I truly believe that no matter what your age or ability yoga is accessible and can be beneficial to all and extends beyond the mat, so much so that this sparked a desire in me to become a certified Pre/Postnatal Yoga teacher with baby yoga & massage trained by appleyoga and am very excited about sharing this with mama’s to be, new mama’s and their babies.


Currently I teach mixed style yoga that is suitable for all levels; expect to feel stretched (in a good way), calm and relaxed after joining me for a practice.

Since passing my first fitness qualifications in 2011 I’ve been blessed with the opportunities to work around the country with companies ranging from a large corporate gym in London to helping open a large brand new independent gym here in Cheshire.

Giving me the chance to work with clients ranging from professional athletes to clients that had never set foot in a gym, working with clients on a one to one basis is my true passion and more rewarding than I ever thought possible that’s why I’ve taken the steps to create roadhouse barbell a completely exclusive 1 to 1 Personal Training facility equipped for the the perfect tailored session

My karate journey started when I was 6 years old in Haslington and Sandbach under the instruction of the late, great Sensei Dave Warburton.
Having trained on and off for the past 34 years in between starting a family and traveling I have learnt that a karate journey is ongoing and never ends when you achieve a black belt status that many aspire to.  
I obtained my instructor qualification and gained my 2nd Dan in 2020 at the age of 40.
I have made it a goal to share as much of my knowledge to guide and nurture students to have the same passion and respect for the sport as I do.  I have obtained competition  medals for Kumite and Kata at regional and international level and strive to carry on entering and coaching students to enter too.
Karate teaches not only self defence, awareness and confidence it also teaches discipline.  It is always important to understand that hard work will get you to your goal whilst enjoying the journey and there is no short cut to get through your belts.
