Hatha yoga is the very traditional teaching and can be considered as umbrella to many of the most common forms of yoga taught in the West today.
At this classes we will move our bodies slowly and deliberately into different poses that will challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time we will focus on relaxation and mindfulness.
We will be talking you through poses in great detail to understand how the practice benefits you physically, mentally and emotionally.
These classes are great for beginners but also for more experienced practitioners who wish to deepen their knowledge and remind themselves of foundations.
Ashtanga yoga is more dynamic, physically demanding practice when we will be synchronizing breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. In Ashtagna practice we follow set sequences of poses.
This style, with its many vinyasas, is great for building core strength and toning the body.
Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through the sequences.
Vinyasa yoga comes from Ashtanga yoga however we won’t follow in set sequences but we will move freely from one pose to another in rhythmical flow connecting our breath and movement to energize and revitalize body and mind.
Vinyasa flow offers rich range of flows from gentle stretches to very strong classes. We will learn beautiful and smooth transitions in between poses.
Vinyasa is very playful and creative style of yoga. No one class is the same.
The primary aim of Kundalini yoga is to awaken the kundalini energy, which lies coiled, serpent-like, at the base of the spine.
In Kundalini yoga, we will be using breathing exercises, physical postures, chanting and meditation to unlock this energy.
The main part of the class is the kriyas, which combine postures and breathing techniques and end with a meditation and chant.
RISE AND SHINE YOGA
Rise and shine yoga is designed to energize your body and mind for the day ahead. Flowing from one pose to the next using the breath to deliver oxygen to every single cell of your body and brain. We will be stretching, opening hips and shoulders and focusing the mind.
After this session you will be leaving our studio with a body full of power and energy and you bring your mind to concentration, focus and clarification.
Yin yoga is combination of traditional teaching and Chinese medicine. It is a very slow meditative flow when we will be staying in asanas for several minutes.
This way we will be working with deep connective tissues to achieve permanent changes in your bodies and to heal your lymphatic system.
Your teacher will guide you how to use your breath, how to listen and speak to your body, how to use different mantras.
Yin yoga is very healing practice and each session will have different topic.
This class will be time to reconnect, to spend great quality time with your loved ones and have a lots of fun.
We will be introducing you to many poses, games and partner yoga.
